Sales Team Head/ AVP / VP

Job Description-

1) Manage a team of sales managers to achieve or exceed the assigned targets.

2) Coach and train the team members to manage the existing channel partners and add new channel partners.

3) Identify potential Channel Partners (Property Agents) based on agreed profiles and ensure recruitment in accordance with the business plan.

4) Daily monitoring and reviewing the performance of team members on the basis of the DSR.

5) Train and motivate brokers to provide a better understanding of market/products.

6) Monitor and review brokers performance. Help them achieve maximum business.

7) Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards/targets.

8) Set targets for brokers (Agents / Advisors), review their performance & consistently raise them.

Preference will be given to the candidates who are from Delhi-NCR since long time with good links & contacts with the people, so that they can build up their own team in a short span of time. Top/good Channel Partner of any Real estate companies are welcome.

Salary: 8-12 lacs.
