Location : Chennai

GM Sales :-

- 15 years total experience including 10 years in real estate luxury
residential sales.

- Should have sold apartments above Rs.2 crores per unit

- Corporate sale of apartments to companies

- Sale of apartments to NRIs

- Sale of apartments to HNIs

- Attended international real estate exhibitions

- Little bit of experience in office space selling

Knowledge of Tamil

NOTE: If the candidates worked in Dubai, Singapore or Hongkong will be the added advantage
