About our Client - Our client is a leading Indian pharmaceutical firm with over 300 products across various divisions. They have a very strong presence in both chronic and acute verticals. Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial individual to lead their sales force and increase the presence of their products in the Indian market.
Job Description - Reporting directly to the Director, Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Market mapping
- Channel engagement
- Sales Management
- Training and development of the sales force
- Plan and implement sales strategy
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from Tier-1 B School with relevant sales experience of 8-12 years in the Pharmaceutical industry. You will be an entrepreneurial individual with team management experience. You will have excellent communication skills and be an exceptional leader.
