About our Client - Our client is one of the largest health care company in India with a growing presence across the world. They currently are over Cr and have presence across India. They have the widest reach in the provider space with presence across over 700 districts in India and are looking for the General Manager - Sales for their Western Region
Job Description - Reporting to the Head - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing a strong sales network across the region
- Grow the network through acquisitions and franchise model
- Lead and train the sales force in the region
- Meet the sales target consistently and grow the sales across the region
- Manage the marketing and branding activities across the region
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA/M.Sc with over 15 years experience in the Sales function across Pharmaceuticals / FMCG/ Telecom industry. You will have a proven track record of success with an exposure handling sales revenues of over Cr and a capability of handling a team of over 50 people. You will have excellent communication skills and should have an entrepreneurial ability.
