- Formulating long term / short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
- Developing detailed sales plans broken down as per super distributor network and executing plan for each distributor. Executing sales through retail channel / multi brand outlets.
- Ensuring overall profitability and leadership of the brand in the respective markets.
- Gap Analysis of Channel Distribution at every cluster of Pan India.
- Overseeing the channel management, administration and ensuring the profitability of the region. Managing territory allocation and appointment of distributors in the region.
- Directing sales and managing monthly schemes for super stockist, distributors and retailers, handling customer's escalations as well.
- Supervising sales and marketing operations for achieving increased growth & top-line profitability. Devising marketing budgets and preparing sales forecast plans.
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team to achieve them.
- Identifying and developing potential clients in the targeted markets / industries and sectors ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing delivery on time.
- Exploring markets and collating market intelligence reports for developing key entry strategies to penetrate new markets.
