About our Client - Our client is a one of the largest FMCG companies by revenues and has operations in more than 90 countries. The company has distribution facilities all across Asia including India and offers a wide portfolio of products ranges within the food and beverages segment.
Job Description - Reporting into the Country Head; you will be responsible for:
- Leading the regional sales and marketing team to optimize marketing and business opportunities.
- Driving overall sales organization capability enhancement through the development and smooth implementation of various learning programmes for the sales force.
- Identifying, negotiating and concluding strategic new business opportunities in line with the company's business development strategy
- Negotiating on commercial and legal terms with each vendor per territory and meeting potential suppliers to discuss new opportunities
- Interacting on a strategic level with all international territory MD's and Marketing groups
- Understanding the market dynamics of each international territory in order to optimize business opportunities
The Successful Candidate - You are an MBA from a top tier business school (preferably IIMs), with at least 8-10 years of professional experience in a marketing and/or sales management capacity within the FMCG / F&B industry. You are strategically strong and able to commit yourself to long-term marketing objectives. Apart from this you are driven and hold an entrepreneurial mindset.
