Job Description - strategy across all countries .

- Lead by example and ensure that the strategy is being effectively executed on a day by day basis.

- Other responsibilities include the day to day management of the region's organization through a local management team, implementation of the global engineering policy / roadmap, overall responsibility for local assembly / production of the appropriate product range in the Mumbai factory, and adherence to policies & reporting requirements.

The Successful Candidate - Bachelor Degree in Business/Engineering or Equivalent Business Experience

- Minimum of 10 years sales/marketing experience gained within a B2B environment

- Elevator Industry Experience is highly desirable but not essential
