Responsibilities:  - Managing sales for a real estate portfolio worth INR 100 billion comprising of super-luxury residences in Mumbai   - Driving a team of highly motivated & experienced sales managers from varied backgrounds to deliver targeted topline and profitability  - Co-coordinating with top management & head of execution & marketing departments for delivery of requirements that drive sales  - Projection & maintenance of a luxury real estate brand attitude & delivering positive customer experience   - Targeting traditional & new sales channels  - Strategically balance sales based on the portfolios top-line/bottom-line/volume requirements & internal as well as external economic conditions  - Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure  Required Qualification:  - MBA or PGDBM from top tier B-schools  - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in front-line roles with good brands  - Consulting/investment banking/wealth management/client services /FMCG preferred  - Well-versed in current affairs with keen interest in lifestyle products & services   - Strong inter-personal skills  - High on innovation, enthusiasm & result-orientation  Desired Attributes:  - Luxury selling etiquette, strong fashion sensibility and refined communication skills  - Proven experience with uber-rich segment, clientele and familiarity with their lifestyle  - Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships at all levels  - Collaborative peer management style, Ability to work independently as well as a good team player  - Self-starter with a strong business sense (entrepreneurial)  - Professional leadership skills- be open minded, diplomatic, have a participative management style: hands on approach to the work, project oriented  - Strong negotiation skills  - Comes with a good client and client influencer network  - Experience within an international environment preferred  - Fluency in English, Hindi  - Excellent oral communication skill  - Strong direct customer engagement higher designation/level engagement in areas of business development etc.  - Strong performance track record  - High standards of personal and professional integrity  - High achievement orientation  Either me or my team member will call you to discuss the JD suitable and share with you a detailed presentation about the company.   Manish Rajawat  Director  Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt.
