Job Responsibilities :
- Created complete channel of distribution and appointed 8 leading new distributors
- Created new GTM strategies for LED TV
- Handling the Sales of products in entire WEST through network of dealers & distributors.
- To achieve the Value and Volume targets of Product Mix and Range Selling
- Drive Channel Expansion and Penetration Plan.
- To ensure that the entire market is well covered. Effective planning for achieving targets
- Setting annual / monthly targets for sales force and Motivating sales force
- Monitoring performance against targets and corrective action to meet the Objectives.
- Monitoring the branch expenses and Sales Force Expenses.
- Effective Cost Control & optimization of resources.
- Controlling expenses and implementing cost effective systems.
- Leading the team from front by being with them in the market.
- Continuous Feedback on Performance and Strategy for improving the performance.
Years of Exp - (Min and Max limit) - 14 - 20 yrs
Role reports to - CEO
Educatio - Graduation + MBA / PG Diploma
GEOGRAPHICAL EXPOSURE : West or South
