Job Profile: Selling Entire Gamut Of Facility Services
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Responsible for identifying and winning profitable contracts for ISS (Across India)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve predefined sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region
- Closely track Competition activity
- Designing Strategy for Sales Team
- Preparation of Feasibility Report (Profit & Loss Statement)
- Co ordinate with Operations dept for developing appropriate marketing material and day to day activities.
- Developing & Managing Key Accounts
- Retention of Key Accounts
- Strategy, Business Plan & Road map
- Ensure Sales process discipline for self and team
- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports
- Weekly review of the sales activity in the branch with corrective actions
- Generating leads and prospects
- Ensure all client agreements are signed before contract startup date and handed over to planning & costing.
- CRM, maintaining key relationships; networking with facilities professionals
- Assisting the Region head with all sales related data
- Continuously seeking improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operations
KEY QUALITIES REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Strong sales discipline and business planning skills
- Strong Networking with local B2B clients in the Region
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing Large value deals with B2B clients.
- A Go getter attitude and can Lead By Example.
- Strong Leadership skills.
