We have urgent job opportunity in Sales for Mid/Senior Leadership role with one of the a TOP 5 ICT organisation in India.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead Sales Business for Region/Zone
- Proven sales acumen with ability to prospect, qualify and close mid/large sized business deals
- Strategies for revenue generation and retention of key customers
TARGET MARKET:
- Territory: Across Eastern India – Eastern India and NE,
- Segment: Government & Private Corporate companies
- Offerings: ICT solutions, System Integration, Services and Products(Hardware & Software)
- TARGET Customer experience: Consultative – single point customer facing role - across business Units and offerings
Role:
- Lead the Geo for Sales, Primarily new account Acquisition (hunting) – eventually 60-70% new account acquisition and 30-40% existing account mining (but not in year 1)
- Experience of selling High value business per account per year
- Target orientation and consistent performer
- To support and coach the team in all aspects of their activities in order to maximize generation of profitable sales revenues and ensure employee motivation.
- Build and maintain good relations and win customer confidence through regular interface with all identified customers at senior most (CEO) levels
- Formalize partner arrangements with S/w, H/w OEMs
- Advise management on key functional and delivery capabilities that need to be built to meet the changing landscape of customer need.
- Provide regular market Intelligence through competition tracking and market analysis.
- Knack to penetrate corporate accounts and sell services and projects in highly competitive environment.
- Ability to leverage all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the desire and ability to travel are essential to this position.
