About our Client - Our client is one of the fastest growing clinical chain in India with specialization in Oral Care market. They have aggressive plans to grow in the Indian market which is fueled by investors from across the globe. Our client is looking at growing their scale across India at a rate of almost 100 clinics y-o-y and are looking at entrepreneurial individuals to be a part of this growth story.

Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Establish and achieve an annual sales and profit plan

- Work closely with Marketing and Finance to drive up-sell opportunities and increase price realization

- Set-up proper SOPs, in co-ordination with the broader operations group, for managing employers sales business

- Supervise and co-ordinate market research and sales promotion activities

- Drive achievement of customer satisfaction goals for the group

- Create optimal organizational structure for increased sales coverage and productivity.

- Manage recruitment, training and day-to-day supervision of Employer Sales team.

- Understand and provide necessary interventions to bridge competency gaps within the employer sales function.

- Manage key accounts; drive and establish personnel relationships.

- Develop market insights; establish market information and intelligence systems.

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA with over 8-15 years experience in the B2B Sales function. You will have an understanding of the Healthcare provider sector and should have good relationships across corporates. You will have excellent communication skills and should a strong desire to perform in an entrepreneurial set up.
