Desired Profile

- Education: Any BE / B Tech and an MBA

- SHOULD HAVE MIN 14 to 18 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES OF reputed organizations into FMCG- -Foods & Beverages/ Telecom / FMCG

- South Indian Language: Tamil is compulsory

- Must be handling a senior managerial cadre position in current company

- Exposure of working in general trade and modern trade network exposure of team handling

- Good communication & interpersonal skills.

- Good IT skills

Job Description

- Revamping and replacements of stockist to ensure better market hygiene and effective working

- Driving Business growth and Market Share by focusing General, Retail and Channel Environment

- Conceptualising and executing selling strategies for relevant product categories

- Devising/Implementation & Evaluating Sales Strategies

- Devising strategies & plans/ monitoring Logistics to ensure ready availability of stock at the stockist and
trade level.

- Involved in stock forecasting and evaluating channels to drive business growths/market share

- Align with Marketing and trade marketing on activations to help achieve business objectives.

- Responsible for aligning activities to enhance off takes across channels.

- Lead the Sales of RSF/HLD business with P&L responsibility

- Set and achieve key performance targets for: sales, delivery, cost, expenses and other measurements of operational performance;

- Support and lead company products sales, growth and continuous cost & quality improvements in the business;

- Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels;

- Ensure timely collection of company’s money from the market.

- Understand the risk associate with business including sales, operations, finance and people. Able to devise and implement plans to mitigate the risk for smooth process

- Timely update and present competitors’ activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices
changes, new launches, etc to the top management.

- Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to Executive Management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement

- Conducting Training Programs for Sales Officers to enhance their Selling & Soft skills
