Key Requirement :-
An FMCG/Beverage Giant is looking for a Senior Sales Professional .
The person should be an MBA from a premium B school with minimum 10 + years of experience ,ideally someone from a 1997-2001 Batch pass out .
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead the sales team
- Liaison with Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance to set sales goals and budgets
- Design, implement and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
As a head of the region, provide leadership and direction to a multi functional team including Sales, Marketing and Finance with profit centre and budget responsibilities
- Oversee regional finance control for maximizing the profitability for region
- Liaise with state Government authorities, functionaries.
- Develop superior insight into competitors strategy
- Analyze price positions and recommends most appropriate pricing changes
