Position: GM Sales and Distribution

Brief Of JD
- Responsible for all Sales and Commercial activities for all brands distributed under all channels General Trade, Modern Trade, Horeca Channel, in the area of west having expert team for each channel to handle and excel in the respect channel.
- Directing the Sales Team to establish Coverage, Distribution and Visibility Objectives, help the team in achieving the Targets
- Evaluate and analyze the outlet wise plan and adapting strong strategies for distribution and sales Plan & Create Strong Brand Presence across Diverse Markets and Channels.
- Exploring potential business avenues for achieving increased business growth & initiating market development efforts.
- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue
- Anchoring trade marketing initiatives.
