Designation - General Manager(sales)

Job Location - Begusarai and Purnia (Bihar)

Salary range - 10 to 15 lacs

Industry: Heavy commercial vehicle (automobile)

Job description/responsibility:

- 10-15 years experience with at least 5 years as Sales head in automobile industry

- Comfortable to work in matrix structure.

- Handling team & motivate them to achieve targets.

- Ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensure retention and development of second line

- Run sales operations as per company policies and practices

- Ensure achievement of new car sales, used car sales, accessories and extended warranties as per targets

- Development of markets through marketing activities

- Ensure retention and development.

The persons must have 15 yrs experience in Sales of Commercial Vehicles & should be managing a large sales team as a GM.

Excellent knowledge of Commercial Vehicles is essential for this position
