- To lead in developing, implementing and managing Operational Risk
- Support for enhancement of value chain management
- Support for developing Risk and Control Library and developing and monitoring of new KRIs
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
Risk Approach, Redefinition and reclassification of NFR areas, New Heat-map (aligned to best practices and ISO Standards), Branch Risk Management, Implementation of COSO Framework, Maintain desired NFR Ratings
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
- In depth knowledge of life insurance business/ industry
- Exposer to value chain/ supply chain concepts
- Ability to adapt to any kind of environment
- MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM specializing in Operations Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of risks and controls
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of audit techniques

Team Player with high level of zeal, able to complete assigned tasks independently and without constant supervision

- Would be measured on TAT for processing requests & the quality of the same
Progress in development of Risk & Control Library, IRA closures
