GM Retail Operations- luxurious Brands - Ensures creation of Systems and Processes (SOPs) to de-risk business and help create a process driven org. - Recruits, trains and develops staff ensuring adherence to HR systems and procedures - Maintains and constantly develops innovative and cost-effective stock generation; monitors stock weekly to achieve bottom line sales budget against monthly targets - Partners with the Buying and Planning team to ensure that Sell Through are met as per budgets. - Regularly produces and presents a range of financial/ non-financial reports for the CEO and the Board as required. - Ensures Process and Financial audits are managed at timely intervals and shrinkage is within control. - Works with Regional Operations and Retail excellence teams to ensure that the Retail KPIs are managed well. - Leads team as a role model. Displays planning skills and execution excellence. - Builds marketing plans to support business. - Manage the distribution business across the geographies with an apt depth and width of MBOs - Responsible for creating and delivering Annual Business/Financial Plan. - Directly responsible for retail operations, audits, business development & store expansion and distribution functions. Collaborates closely with HR, Training, IT, Retail Excellence, VM, Buying & Planning functions to achieve business objectives. Job Dimensions : - Has full P&L accountability of the retail and distribution business, therefore, needs to have the complete understanding of P&L and its construct. - He should be handled 100 cr turnover of EBOs and should work on top Indian brands -Fashion/sporting goods/textile/Luxury Jewellery/Luxurious goods.Those who have 50+ Ebos.He should have experience in company own brands no franchisee.
