GM - Research & Development - Polymers/Coating Systems

We are looking for GM - R&D for Dharuhera, Haryana location. Our client is leading Polymer (Rubber / plastics) manufacturing company in India.

Job Description

Reporting - President - Operations.

Location - Dharuhera, Haryana.

Qualification - M. Tech / Phd - with specialization - Polymer Sciences ( Rubber / plastics).

Candidate MUST be from - Institutes - IITs / India Institute of Science/UDCT only.

Experience - 15-20 years in developing polymers / coating systems.

The incumbent would have successfully worked as a leader in R &D in areas of polymers ( Rubber / plastics) and developed coating application in industrial products esp powders.

It is mandatory the incumbent has worked on various types of powder and it's application. Experience in developing two phase coating system ( powders / liquid), use and application of surfactants / additives.

As a research profile, the incumbent would have done extensive Design of Experiments, setting up pilot plants and experience of scaling from pilot to Commercial production.

Candidate should be willing to relocate with his family.
