Position: General Manager – Project Finance

Level :- General Manager

Reporting to : - CFO

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Negotiable

Job Description :-

- Preparing of project information memorandum for initiating and conducting the full range of discussions with Banks and institution.

- Responsible for interacting with Banks, from conceptualization stage to appraisal and sanction of financial assistance.

- Exposure of acquiring funds for projects with volumes of over 500 crs

- Handling a gamut of tasks pertaining to the following activities:

- Financial modelling for the project.

- Project Analysis & Financial arrangement.

- Cash flow budgeting & Cash Management.

- Strategic decision making & implementation of projects.
