General Manager- Product
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop state of the art approaches to analyze online customer behavior including experience path, customer profiles, browsing behavior, content effectiveness and customer segmentation.
- Analyze online marketing, e-mail marketing and website user behavior. using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Create and develop analytical plans and strategies.
- Lead new client acquisition and new business pitches. Expand the business by identifying new opportunities for measurement, research and analytics within existing client accounts and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
- Ability to launch new products in untapped market.
- Specialize in Front End Designing and creating branch awareness.
- Explore opportunities in Education , Advertisement , Marketing etc and develop new products related to Data/Web Mining and provide effective data management services to client.
- Identify, scope, propose, and manage the analysis and interpretation of clients' internal and external data to support business decision-making.
- Guide analytic teams in developing and executing complete range of analytic deliverables.
Experience Required :
- 5+ years web/digital analytics required.
- 2+ years product development required.
- 4+ years leading Data Analysis experience required.
- Experience identifying and implementing forward-thinking initiatives in direct marketing analytics and digital analytics required.
- Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, media, social web site analysis, audience targeting tools and vendors, including both quantitative and research methodologies (DART, Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Omniture and WebTrends).
- Expert Knowledge of Data Analytic solutions platform , software , patterns and emerging trends.
Minimum Educational Qualification: B. Tech – IT / CSE from IIT
Professional Qualification: MBA Marketing / IT / Strategy from IIM’s and other top tier institutes.
