GM Product Development

Must Have good experience in food processing or F&B industry.

- Develop New Stable Products and line extensions and manage product development activity (design test work, obtain resources, evaluate results with team and determine direction, maintain appropriate records of work) from concept through commercialization that meet project deadlines.

- Handling pre-formulation department with proper manpower management.

- Design and conduct test work.

- Contribute to departmental activities such as system process improvements as well as cost saving efficiency improvements

- Coordinate the task of other departments to meet the project goals and to manage the project timely

- Provide solutions to the institutional clients for their problems regarding products and to imitate and develop new products as per their demand.

- Proper Inventory maintenance.

- Achieving Customer Satisfaction in terms of Taste, Stability, and Quality.
