Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Formulating Strategy for Services based on company Objectives, Industry Practices and Construction Industry environment.
- Developing standards for Work Process /Award of Sub-Contracting Services
- Emphasis on Zero Incident/Accident Achievement through contractor interaction with Project/Safety Representatives during the Procurement/Order finalization stage.
- Harmonize Divergent needs across SBUs (& BUs) with conformance to Procurement Process
- Continuous exploration of opportunities of Transition from Large to Medium or Small Contractors for price advantage
- Strategize packages to obtain price benefit
- Adherence to project Schedule with better Control on performance of Small & Medium Contractors
- Implementation of Site Procurement Process across all BUs
- Support Capability & Performance Evaluation of Contractors
- Implementation of Procure to Pay process when initiated formally
- Ensure training of reportees to enable them be abreast of the latest in Construction Industry including Practices, Statutory/Regulatory Guidelines, technology advances.
- Monitor routine function of the Procurement with conformance to Guidelines and incorporate changes based on internal/external feedback and audit observations
