Opportunity with German MNC Auto Client at Pune for the Position of General Manager-Operations.

General Manager - Operations

Department : Operations

Location : Pune

Experience : minimum 15 years

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering

Brief functional overview: The incumbent could be currently in any of the verticals outlined below:

Language : Hindi or Marathi

Production:

- Be responsible for effective functioning of the Assembly Shop/ Body Shop / Finish Line to ensure production and quality targets are achieved

Quality:

- Be responsible for establishing, implementing and ensuring vehicle quality, process quality and systems

- Be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure Supplier Quality

Logistics:

- Be responsible for the production plan and execution for managing the supply and demand of incoming parts to ensure seamless production

- Be responsible for material management and line feeding in an efficient cost effective manner

- Be responsible for inventory management, including warehousing and stores

- Be responsible for managing all technical change management activities
