As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at GM Modular Pvt Ltd, you will hold a pivotal role within our executive leadership team. You will bear the responsibility of not only shaping but also executing the technology strategy that will be the driving force behind our company's growth and digital transformation. Your visionary leadership will provide the guidance, insight, and direction necessary to steer our IT department towards excellence, ensuring that our technology investments are closely aligned with our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Leadership:

Provide Strategic Direction: As the CTO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the IT department. This involves defining the long-term vision and goals for IT within the organization.

Oversee Project Management: You will oversee the management of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This includes resource allocation and project prioritization.

Ensure Data Security: Data security is paramount in today's digital landscape. You will lead efforts to ensure that data across the organization is protected from cyber threats and that the company complies with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA, depending on the industry.

Web and App Development:

- Enhance Customer Engagement: You will lead the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications. The aim is to create user-friendly and innovative digital platforms that enhance customer engagement, making it easier for customers to interact with GM Modular and its products.

SAP and Salesforce Management:

- Streamline Business Processes: You will optimize the usage of SAP and Salesforce platforms to streamline various business processes, such as sales, customer relationship management, and supply chain management. This will improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

IT Strategy:

Comprehensive IT Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's broader business objectives. This involves assessing the current technology landscape, identifying areas for improvement, and defining a roadmap for technology investments.

Technology Innovation: Identify opportunities for technology innovation. This includes staying updated on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT) and assessing how they can be applied to benefit the organization. You'll ensure that IT initiatives are in harmony with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Digital Transformation:

- Operational Efficiency: Drive the digital transformation agenda by leveraging emerging technologies. This might involve automating manual processes, implementing data analytics for better decision making, and optimizing supply chain operations.

Customer Experiences: Enhance customer experiences by utilizing digital tools and platforms. This can involve developing self-service portals, improving online shopping experiences, and using data to personalize interactions.

Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and digital adoption throughout the organization.

- Encourage teams to embrace new technologies and processes that improve efficiency and create value for both customers and the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience of over 25 years total experience including in a leadership role within IT and technology management.

- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, web and app development, SAP, Salesforce, and digital transformation.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
