MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1. Enhance RMS Leadership in the South India Mobile Market Identifying opportunities for and developing roadmap for maximising revenue from all Revenue streams – voice, VAS, roaming and solutions.

2. Enhance CMS Leadership in the South India Mobile market Creating a segmented strategy for customer acquisition and preparing a roadmap for capturing the same.

3. Prevent churn of Existing customer base Conceptualising and designing the strategy for enhancing customer loyalty.

4. Make Company the most preferred mobile service brand in South India

- Develop the strategy to ensure superior visibility and superior customer intimacy of the Brand compared to competition.

5. Create a well motivated, empowered and cohesive marketing team Constantly engaging with the team for mentoring and developing and imparting on the job training.

6. To constantly develop and launch innovative products for revenue and image enhancement To identify unarticulated customer needs and trends and develop product briefs for the circle NPD team to work on.

7. To derive synergies across customer segments for overall revenue enhancement

- To drive cross pollination across several sales channels and customer segments.

8. Ensure optimum utilisation of Marketing Budgets

- To formulate, monitor and control for effective and efficient deployment of marketing budget.

9. Enhance Revenue Identifying opportunities for and developing roadmap for maximising revenue from all Revenue streams – voice, VAS, roaming and solutions.
