Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunication engineering

- MBA is a distinct advantage

Age: 35 to 45 years

Experience:

1. Sales & Marketing

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience at a senior level with leading telecom operators / service providers pref CDMA

- Sound knowledge on CDMA

- Hands on experience insetting up sales and marketing policies, process etc will be an asset. Should pref. have worked during start-up / roll out

- Experience in coordination and implementation of value added services ranging from billing to location based services

- Experience in customizing institutional solutions for clients such as

Police, Defense,Banks and financial institutions etc.

2. Commercial

- Presales concept building

- Business Management and Professional Services

- Handling turnkey e-governance project mandates from ground zero and bringing them to scale,

- Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting

- Handle smoothly bid and presentation meetings with the customer as necessary.

Business process re engineering

Bid Process Management.

- Ability to interact with senior level stake holders from Government, institutional customers as well as vendors.

- Act as an interface between the sales organization and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues.
