General Manager (Marketing) Job Opening @ Trivandrum with a IT Based MNC

Designation : General Manager

Job Location: Trivandrum

Salary : Upto 30 LPA (Depending on experience,current CTC, domain knowledge and other functional competencies)

Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

- Responsible for the overall business engagement & satisfaction for OpCos.

- Handling a team of Sr.Managers/Operation Executives

- Base management & OpCo KPIs management.

- Ushering in Engagement Transformation though innovation & analytics while interfacing directly with the OpCo Corporate marketing teams.

- Ensure Service Delivery Acknowledgement (SDAC) & invoice generation (revenue recognition)

- Provide inputs to client product management and technology departments .

- Design and implement KPI reporting templates for client to report to its customers the impact delivered by client engagement.

- Provide strategy and direction on the development of marketing campaigns, including targeting strategy, value proposition development, and financial performance evaluation.

- Establish trusted relationship with every key customer team members and stakeholders.

- Creation of best practice content for internal and external use.

Qualifications and Experience Essential:

- MBA/ PGDBM with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with 8+ years experience.

- Thorough knowledge of Product Management and U&R activity in the Telecom domain
