Position : GM Marketing- Snack Foods
Reporting to : COO
Brief of the JD:
* Would be responsible for meeting targeted volumes and profits for the business. He will prepare a mid - term plan (3 years) and translate that into an AOP which will be the basis for the company’s activities.
* ATL activities for the company – planning and execution of media support which may include TV / Radio / Print / Outdoor and POSM. Interaction with Advertising and Media Agencies.
* Market Research as required – Nielsen data, ad hoc surveys
* Planning and execution of BTL activities in conjunction with the Sales System.
Desired Profile:
a. The candidate will need to be an experienced Marketing Manager who has had exposure to both BTL and ATL activities. Exposure to sales will be a distinct plus.
b. The ideal candidate should have worked in the marketing department of FMCG vertical with an MNC / well organized Indian Company. The experience on the packaged foods (Biscuits / Breakfast Cereals / Snack Foods) will be considered as an added advantage.
c. He should be a dynamic go getter with a strong focus on delivering results. He should be able to function effectively on his own in a relatively unstructured environment.
d. He should have a minimum of 10 years of experience and may be around 35 - 40 years old
e. An MBA degree from a top institute is a must for this position.
