Job Description - Reporting to Vice President, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Strategic Development of short term and long term marketing objectives for the assigned category
- Ensuring achievement of top-line, market share and bottom-line targets for respective brands
- Developing consumer and segment specific initiatives to strengthen brand equity
- Managing portfolio of brands by ensuring in-depth consumer analysis and defining pricing strategy
- Detailing financial plans for the category and monitoring the same on regular basis
- Managing new product development and introduce new brands within the category
The Successful Candidate - You have a MBA from premier B-school with post MBA work experience of 8-10 years in sales and marketing. You must have an experience of 6 years in core FMCG marketing. You have a strong understanding of brand and product management, brand communication and customer segmentation. Prior experience of managing a team would be an added advantage.
