Demonstrated excellence in liaisoning with:

- Much familiar with Approvals, Permissions & Licenses in Tamil Nadu..

- Strong expertise rules for CMDA, DTCP and for various approvals like NOC from Fire Department, MOEF Pollution Control Board, Airport Authority of India, Electricity Board, Water & Sewerage, Supply Board, Local Panchayat, Police & Traffic, etc.

- Co-ordination with Statutory Authorities, Architects, EIA Consultant, Structural Consultants, Contractors, Sub & External Agencies for implementing project within preset budgets and deadlines.



Preferable industry : Preference will be given the candidate from Real Estate Background
