Our client is one of the leading Infrastructural Construction Company based out of Kolkata. They are into Equipment Manufacturing, Coal Services & Logistics and Infrastructural Construction business since 1919.

Coal logistics, civil works construction and equipment manufacture continue to be the core business domains of the Company. However in recent years, the comapny has successfully ventured into other business areas such as Power Trading and Real Estate Development.

At present, management is actively pursuing opportunities for upstream and downstream diversification of the Company's various business interests. Given the width and scope of its experience, the company is strategically poised to take advantage of the many new opportunities presented by a rapidly globalizing and modernizing India.

- Candidate should typically be from Industrial Infrastructural sector

- Should have experience into Arbitration process

- Should have experience into handling cases

- Retired person from the similar background is also welcome

- Would be responsible for handling the legal matters related to the industrial Infrastructural arm of the Group
(Should have confidence in interacting with senior legal Counsels and briefing them independently for litigation matters at various forums, viz. Tribunal, High Court, Supreme Court

SPECIAL FEATURES :

Candidates shortly attaining superannuation or just superannuated may also be considered, if found to be exceptional, meeting the above requirements.

EMOLUMENTS - CTC – Around Rs. 25 Lacs Per annum (Flexible).

REPORTING HEAD -

- Administratively – Head of Division.

- Functionally - Corporate Head-Legal

Qualification: LLB
