Job Description
As the General Manager for Learning and Development, you responsibilities include:
- Leading the complete talent development framework for the 500+ employees
- Partner with business heads to align talent needs with the business
- Build a competency framework and design assessment methodologies in accordance with the same
- Drive the leadership development plans and percolate it to the management cadre also
- Strategise and design the succession planning piece for the firm
- Deliver ongoing trainings for first line managers
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will carry 10-12 years of total experience with at least 6 years on core L&D and talent development. Comprehensive exposure to competency frameworks, succession planning, assessment methodologies is non-negotiable.
You must be a self-motivated candidate with a proven track record of assertion and aggression. You have a passion to see things to success with high levels of accountability and relationship building.
