About our Client - Our client is a leading player in the Health care service provider space with a very strong focus on providing high quality clinical support to patients across India. With a vision to provide Quality health care services at an affordable rate, our client is building clinical setups across India and is currently looking for a professional who would head their L&D function.
Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for Design the Training Policy and Process Framework of the organization.
- Build the Learning & Development Function and Infrastructure
- Create a Center of learning and facilitate training according to the needs of the business
- Implement the best practices in the industry from across the world
- Recruit, Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals
The Successful Candidate - Ideally, you come with 10 to 15 years of post-graduation experience in an Learning & development and Talent management role. Experience of working in a Greenfield project and building a team from the scratch is preferred. You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable.
