Learning Need Identification:

1. Designing a stakeholder dialogue process that is robust and relevant to the business

2. Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business Intervention Design and Delivery:

3. Designing solutions which include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1- 2-1 sessions & action learning.

4. Enabling delivering of these solutions and training sessions

5. Building internal capability to deliver through TTTs / coaching etc

6. Leadership development, capability development, organizational development

7. Preparation of training calender
