About our Client - Our client is one of India's top retail-finance companies. They have total assets under management of more than Rs 9000 crores ($2 billion) and comprises over 4500 employees working across different functional verticals. They have a diversified product portfolio spanning several product lines, including financing of Utility Vehicles & Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Tractors and SME Loans. To consolidate their IT setup, they are looking to recruit top professionals in the IT Infrastructure space.

Job Description - You will be reporting to the AVP - IT Infrastructure and Operations. Your chief responsibilities would include Helping AVP-IT-Infra & Ops in Enterprise infrastructure & operations responsibility, including helping in vendor management, IT procurement and network management

- Helping maintenance, support and operations of IT infrastructure and applications including data center and helpdesk functions

- Your Key Performance Indicators would be Organization & Planning Skills, Judgment & Decision making, Coaching & Mentoring, Innovation & New Approaches, Problem solving and crises management

- Focus on IT Infrastructure management for various Branch roll outs pan-India

- Interacting with business and function heads, as well as being a part of the core IT senior management team

- Develop and execute short term and long term projects aligned to business plans

- Assume responsibility for audit and record keeping compliance

The Successful Candidate - You will be an Engineer from a premier Engineering Institute with at least 10 years of relevant work experience. You must possess excellent communication, leadership & relationship management skills. You should possess executive managerial skills and be able to participate in IT Strategy formulation and IT Budgets preparation. You should have had significant amount of people management experience handling mid-size to large teams in a process-driven environment.
