Job Profile:

- Preparation of excellent and bankable project & financial reports with high analytical/creative skills

- Hands-on experience in project reports writing, offer for sale (business, equity, etc) documents, and carrying out feasibility studies

- Financial modelling, capital structuring and various kinds of valuation models

- Analyze& due diligence on investment plans, M&As, etc

- Drafting MOUs, Agreements, etc.

- Oversee project implementation activities

Candidate Profile

- CAs, MBAs preferably with engineering background of 10-15 years sound and hardcore experience in investment banking/merchant banking

- Should have business consulting background, with strong grounding in consulting for Corporate Finance, Project Finance, and Infrastructure projects such as real estate development, telecom, transport, etc.

- Knowledge of international financial markets

- Fluency in written & spoken English is a must; excellent presentation skills

- 24X7 hard working & open mindedness

- Deal with all tasks in a timely fashion

- Excellent IT application skills
