- We have an opportunity for the position of GM Operations with one of the MNC organization in Mumbai.

- Benchmark Network KPIs and drive network KPI optimization and improvement plan

- Ensure periodic network audits, drive implementation of recommendations for network & service quality improvement, provide implementation support to NOC team and stake holders.

- Responsible for traffic data collection, advanced data trending, capacity analysis and forecasting

- Drive quality & standardization programs to ensure SLA and health of the services by effectively manage OEM vendors.
