About our Client - Our client is one of the leading global Indian pharmaceutical companies. They have high value branded generics across Asia Pacific and Africa and are looking for a General Manager - Africa & Asia to be based out of Mumbai.

Job Description - As a General Manager - International Business, you would be reporting to the AVP - International Business & Strategy. Your responsibility will include. Managing sales, marketing & distribution network.

- KOL engagement, conducting CME's and reaching out to the top decision makers across therapy areas.

- Maintain a P&L directly while proposing and executing strategies to launch business in new countries.

- Manage a team of sales & marketing employees and helping them grow the business.

- Be responsible for selling the products as per the organizations pricing strategy.

- Set various objectives for the countries and Country managers performance based on sales strategies and outlined objectives.

The Successful Candidate - You will be in a similar role with atleast 15 years of experience with a leading Pharmaceutical company. You will currently be handling international business for Asia and/or Africa countries

- Compensation offered will be in the range of 35 Lakhs - 50 Lakhs depending on prior experience.
