- Corporate Governance

- Fraud Investigations

- Internal Audit & Internal Control Systems

- Internal Control Framework

- Risk Assessment & Management

- Cost Optimization

- The incumbent will be responsible for driving the Internal Audit independently across the organization. The position is based out of Bangalore.

Skills : Preferably CA, Preferably from manufacturing industry, Should have sound & stable employment record, Should have around 10 years of experience in independently handling / heading Internal Audit across India.
