Responsibilities:

1. Documentation: Oversee the entire documentation process, including lead entry, welcome letters, allotment letters, and preparation of agreements of sale (AOS). Facilitate bank loan processing and ensure timely raising of demand notes as per the agreed payment schedule. Manage collections and follow-ups, ensuring timely receipt of payments from customers. Coordinate final handing over of properties and conduct checklist verification.

2. Collection MIS: Develop and maintain a monthly targeted collection plan. Coordinate with CRM executives to send demand letters and issue receipts for paid amounts. Monitor payment plans, transfer letters, cancellation letters, and ensure adherence to timelines. Analyze customer balances and prepare reports for sending reminders, final reminders, and cancellation letters. Provide regular project updates to customers and maintain customer details in the ERP system and Excel format.

3. Registrations: Manage the registration and documentation process, including the preparation of sale deeds. Coordinate with customers and the Sub-Registrar's Office (SRO) for registration appointments. Ensure coordination with the accounts department for no-due clearances. Cross-check final documentation before registration and rectify any errors.

4. Coordination and Management: Collaborate with legal officers to facilitate the preparation of sale deeds and customer coordination for registrations. Coordinate and manage SRO office appointments. Work closely with the accounts department for no-due clearance and ensure proper coordination. Review and rectify errors in the documentation process. Oversee the finalization of documentation before registration.

Requirements:

- Degree in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in CRM or related roles within the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation processes, including registration and sale deed preparation.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Excel for maintaining MIS reports.

- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
