About our Client: Our client is a renowned world leader in the manufacturing sector. They have a diverse portfolio of products and are recognized as pioneers in this industry. Their business operations are spread across the country with factories and logistic centers at strategic locations. They are looking to recruit an established HR professional to lead the R&D and plant HR operations in India across locations.

Job Description: Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

- Performance management: creating a work environment in which people are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities.

- Building a talent pipeline and ensure talent is managed effectively through various interventions including talent review processes

- Compensation and Benefits - Pro-actively work to address industrial employee relations issues through strategic management interaction

- Driving overall HR Business Partnering for the unit and leading cultural transformation, employee communication and engagement

The Successful Candidate:

- Ideally, you come with 7-12 years of post-graduation experience with an MBA from a top tier college. With experience of managing plant HR activities and Corporate HR. Working as a GM HR you will be responsible for end to end HR activities of the Plant and Corporate office employees.

- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with past experience of working in an MNC is desirable.
