- HR business partner to the National IR & additional Zonal Responsibilities and a member of management team; influence the management team - lead and implement organisational change, people development, career development.
- Develop a HR plan based on its business needs.
- Talent management to ensure retention and development of workforce with right knowledge skills, tools & motivation to achieve business Goals
- Support establishing performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high performance culture
- Be responsible for providing HR generalist support to all staff and upto Senior Managers.
- Execute the plan in collaboration with Corporate HR. The plan elements will contain : Manpower planning, learning and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits management, talent development and management;
- Lead the HR team to carry out all HR operations and activities
