Job Description
Job Title: GM-HR
Work Experience: More than 15 years experience in HR
Job Location: Nagpur
MUST HAVE:
1. Relevant experience of all facets of HR and should have held similar position (or one step below) for a reputed organisation with 3000+ employees for at least 2-3 years.
2. Exposure to HR issues of teams working across India.
3. Understanding of HR needs of different functions and infrastructure sector.
4. Proven ability of grooming a team and implementation of HR best practices.
5. MBA in HR from reputed institute
6. Engineering Degree or Graduation with Psychology as major subject
7. Attention to details and hands-on approach
8. Ability to resolve issues amicably and proactively in the interest of the organisation
9. Complete and correct understanding of legal aspects in India and willingness and plan to work within the legal framework
10. High moral and ethical values and excellent communication and inter-personal skills
NICE TO HAVE:
1. Exposure to use of Organisation Developement as a tool to transform HR function and as a result bring about
positive change within the organisation.
2. Exposure to use of social media as an effective tool for brand building and recruitment
3. Exposure to PCMM / OHSAS
4. Exposure to job grading / career paths / bands etc. for bringing about uniformity and clarity.
