- To collaborate with the Business Head, understand and bridge the gap in business with respect to human capital to enable better success of the BU.
- Ensure implementation of global and local HR Initiatives
- Consult with business leaders regarding strategy and execution, Lead core processes
- Provide strategic HR consulting to Senior Leaders.
- Partner with business to build proficiency & Talent pipeline.
- Lead & implement HR initiatives & processes including performance & compensation cycle, talent review succession planning, leadership development
- Identify HR trends and business issues and proactively work mitigating the gaps.
- Consultative approach to resolve business challenges and offer simple, efficient and effective HR solutions.
- Develop Colleague Engagement and Retention strategies.
