Looking for GM- HR & IR
1. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in human resources management functions,. Should have handled Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, Long Term Settlements. Liaison with local labour authorities.
2. Degree in law desirable
3. Post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management.
4. Thorough functional knowledge in HR, IR, & Statutory Matters.
5. Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, co-ordination and decision making skills.
