HR-Generalist opening with 12 - 18 yrs experience from reputed B Schools (TISS, XLRI, Simbiosis, MDI etc)

This is an opening with a leading iron ore mining company.

Location -Mumbai

Position- General Manager - Corporate HR

Candidate Profile:

Full time MBA (HR) from Top B schools with 12-18 yrs of experience in HR

- The incumbent would be responsible for handling the entire gamut of HR activities, fair experience in manpower planning, L&D and OD, employee engagement and rewards, PMS.

- Should be conceptualy very strong. The role holder should have excellent analytical skills.
