Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Handle the operations at individual clinic level

- Recruitment and training of team within the Clinical Operations function to enable expansion of clinics across India

- Suggest appropriate strategies to the management through active market surveys

- Engage the Sales & Marketing team by providing accurate information about the market

- Drive the P&L of each of the Clinics and make them profitable as agreed with management

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBBS with an MBA having rich exposure to Leadership roles across the Healthcare industry. You will have a thorough understanding of the healthcare provider sector and should have a proven track record of success for scaling up organizations. You will have excellent communication skills and should have an entrepreneurial ability.
