Reporting to : VP & Head - Data Center, Cloud & CDN Services

Location : Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai

Primary Skills : General and Team Management Skills with Project/Transition Management expertise

Working knowledge of Data Center, IT and cloud infrastructure with strong experience in leading IT transformation projects.

Role purpose:

To produce and lead strategic recommendations for the development of a new business and services, providing support and incubation for such initiatives. As Head of Service Transformation, responsible for solutions, Bill of material & scope of work finalization, migration roadmap and procurement of necessary resources and deliver services in a shared/dedicated model to customers globally.

Role Description

- Strategize and conceptualize Migration /Stabilization of solutions to customers for Data center, cloud, Security and CDN services

- Leads the support and incubation of newly approved migrations and enhancements in terms of demands until they reach steady state, ready to hand to over to the operations teams.

- Contributes to development of overall business strategy and direction through the management of internal strategy project streams and formulating the external ecosystem through contact with key external partners

- Develops and maintains current and future strategy initiatives related to service transition, through the direction and guidance given to project teams

- Manager of managers. Lead and manage the New Business & Service Transition teams through development of objectives and targets for performance and career development

- Establish good working relationships with stakeholders in concerned Local Markets

- Ability to influence decisions by logical reasoning based problem solving approach

- Lead and create new opportunity developments by explaining project management framework to stakeholders in Partner Markets and ensure compliance

- Get things done through a matrix organization structure by virtue of leading the service transition team

- Substantiate stance on any business problem with facts and figures into the Service Transition activities.

- Lead the transformation of technology and operations services by deploying cloud based delivery models and clearly outline costs & requirements

- Ensure consistent application of Company and industry standards thought out the implementation
