Head Marketing for a Multinational Food FMCG. Only Food FMCG experience candidates
Leadership:Provide planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
Marketing agenda: Responsible for all the ATL and BTL initiatives at the National Level (and help extend the same to the global markets whenever possible). These initiatives include (but not restricted to) development of Marketing strategy, Brand strategy, Brand Communication,Media management (Traditional/Digital/ Mobile/ Social), Market Research, Packaging Design, Consumer /Trade Promotions & NPD Development.
Brand Custodian:Work closely with the global teams and agencies to ensure consistency of brand within the global brand architecture.
Vendor/Agency Management: Responsible for coordinating & managing the Creative Agencies, Media buying Agency, Digital Agency and Merchandising agencies to develop brand thought, creative routes, advertising material & artworks, collaterals &promotional materials.
Budget Controls: Plan & Monitor the Annual Marketing Budget
Market Intelligence: Category Mapping & Competition Tracking
